I think school districts should be as transparent as this school district is.  They published their Resolution Agreement on their website.

How does the OCR publish certain resolution agreements but fail to publish others?

I think all Resolution Agreements should be published on the OCR website and every district that signs one should to forced to publish it on their website.

Schools in 21 states can use corporal punishment. The Intertwined Lives Of Those In Lee's Summit

Read this list carefully. Notice how much these folks all interact? They are on so many boards together. Is there anywhere in Lee's Summit where REAL people have a SAY?!!!
